Security overview

A few principles we hold to. Sensitive personal data is never sent to a model: medical information, behavioural notes and allergies are redacted before any LLM call. Every agent action is audited and attributable. Access is scoped by role and by location.

We are not yet audited against external compliance frameworks and we will not put badges on the site that we have not earned. A full security overview is being prepared for the 2026 launch cohort.
